In 2003, Chicago plans to spend $112 million on Neighborhood Infrastructure
projects, approximately the same as it spent in 2002.
The annual Aldermanic Menu budget of $60 million ($1.2 million per ward) continues
to be an increasingly important part of total Neighborhood Infrastructure spending.
